Everything listed has been purchased at estate sales and auctions. Because of this I cannot state that the items come from pet-free or smoke-free homes.
If there is a problem please let me know and I will seek to remedy it as quickly as possible. I work hard to provide quality items and describe them very accurately. If there is a question about an item please review the images and description, ask questions if it is not clear, and please do not assume anything. I am always happy to provide additional pictures and answer any questions. I do my best to provide excellent customer service as I expect to receive excellent customer service when I purchase an item.
As of February 01, 2007 I ONLY ACCEPT U.S. POSTAL SERVICE MONEY ORDERS or PAYPAL from U.S. Buyers. These items are not accepted as payment from buyers in other countries.
I only accept PayPal or United States Postal Service Money Orders for my items from United States Buyers. In addition, U.S. Buyers may also pay via Certified Check or other money order. If you would like local pick-up, cash only will be accepted. You will receive a receipt for your cash payment for local pickup. If other arrangements need to be made, please ask before buying an item. Deviations from this policy may be made on a case by case basis. Please review each item’s description fully before you agree to purchase.
All of my items are sent with Delivery Confirmation through the United States Postal Service. Unless unforeseen events occur, most of my items ship the business day after the payment clears. I never list an item unless I have it in my possession. Please send me an email if you think your shipment it taking too long.
Shipping Insurance is recommended for all purchases. For most items, shipping insurance is optional and it is the buyer’s decision to include it on the items. Please use insurance to protect your shipment.
Refunds are made on a case-by-case basis. Most items, unless otherwise specified in the listing description, are sold “AS IS”. YOU MAY ONLY REQUEST A REFUND IF THE ITEM WAS SIGNIFICANTLY MISDESCRIBED OR A QUESTION YOU ASKED WAS ANSWERED FALSELY! If there are any doubts, concerns, or other such questions about one of my items please ask a question before buying. It is the winning buyer’s responsibility to make sure their questions are answered to their satisfaction before entering into a binding contract by buying.
If you are requesting a refund you must return the improperly described item before the refund will be issued and ONLY after a refund approval has been authorized. The shipping for returning the improperly described item is the responsibility of the buyer unless prior arrangements have been made in writing by me. I work very hard to come up with an equitable solution.
If a damaged item had insurance, it is your responsibility to request a refund through your local Post Office. It is very important that you take the item, the original box with the shipping label intact, ALL of the original packaging materials, and the invoice to the Post Office. I are not liable for items broken if you refuse to purchase insurance or if the insurance claim is denied. I have no way to prove you did in fact take all required items to claim the USPS Insurance.
No refunds will ever be made for electronically sent items; those are any items shipped to a buyer by email or through an email direct link or web address given to obtain the information or product.
Refunds will not be issued after 14 days of confirmed delivery. Any suspected damage from delivery must be reported to me within 3 days of confirmed delivery.
Refunds will only be made through PayPal and not through the mail in cash, check, or by money order. It is the buyers responsibility to obtain a PayPal account to accept the refund. If the buyer refuses to utilize this refund payment method they are agreeing to forfeit any claim for reimbursement of an item and are submitting their satisfaction with the original item’s delivery and condition.
